What We Offer
We offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches ranging from Person-Centered to Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT). We conduct our sessions in a professional and compassionate way so the client feels comfortable and at ease discussing whatever issues are currently challenging them.

There are currently hundreds of different types of psychotherapeutic approaches for clients to choose from and sorting out where to start can often be confusing and overwhelming. At Mooloolaba Counselling and Performance we try to simplify your choice and offer a place for you, the client, to come and discuss whatever issue is currently challenging you. We then use our experience, knowledge and skills in an integrative way and fit the different approaches around to suit you.

We have experience of working with and can work with a wide range of issues such as (but not limited to);depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, bereavement, relationship issues, dealing with change in health and life circumstances, family issues, addiction, self-harm, effects of abuse (physical, sexual, emotional & mental), bipolar disorder, anger management, sexuality, phobias, PTSD, trauma, dealing with consequences of narcissism, psychological exploration, work related issues, self-esteem. We also work very successfully with those looking to flourish in their respective fields which include sport , various creative industries such a music and art and work related performance improvement.

We give our clients the option of face to face sessions but also offer video (via Skype and Zoom) and Phone sessions as it can often be difficult to physically attend our premises. We also offer sessions to those who are in various states of Australia and who are residing overseas.
